It reads electrical signatures from the motor control centre, so there are no sensors mounted on the machine itself. From the MCC it can flag developing motor faults up to six months before they cause disruption.
Both work. Our ISO 18436 trained analysts can run the program for you, run it alongside your team, or train your people to own it. The data is only as good as the person reading it, so we make sure someone qualified is.
