EAGLE provides wireless periodic monitoring with automatic vibration analysis that scales to match the facility. It pairs up to 150 wireless tri-axial sensors to a single gateway router, and embeds local signal processing so each sensor does real work at the machine.
The sensors are intrinsically safe and corrosion resistant, so they suit hazardous and harsh areas, and they reach machines that are far away, in confined spaces, or hard to access, then feed the NEST platform.

Common questions
Can the EAGLE run in explosive or corrosive areas?
Yes. The EAGLE sensor and its Expander are certified for Zone 0 (Class I, Div I) explosive areas, rated IP67, with a stainless-steel body that resists corrosive environments.
How long do the EAGLE sensor batteries last?
The battery is user-replaceable and lasts up to five years at one full diagnostic measurement per day, or about two years under an intensive critical-monitoring strategy. No external power or cabling is required.
Does the EAGLE analyze data on the sensor itself?
Yes. It computes advanced indicators and envelope FFT at the sensor, measures vibration in three axes plus bearing temperature on machines from about 100 RPM up, and feeds the NEST platform where Accurex AI runs the diagnosis.
Is the EAGLE available and supported in the Philippines?
Yes. ALPS MSI supplies and commissions the EAGLE locally, sets the sensor layout and gateway placement for your critical assets, and supports it with ISO 18436 certified analysts.
