Want to catch faults early?
See the FALCON on your own machines. We will bring a unit, run a demo, and quote the right configuration.
The FALCON is the workhorse of a route based program: a portable vibration data collector and analyzer with a graphical touch screen and a three axis wireless sensor, so a technician can walk the plant and capture clean data on every machine on the list.
With a wide range of optional features, it can be configured to perform balancing, run up and coast down, frequency analysis, and more. Built in accessories cover the everyday checks, and the wireless sensor keeps the operator at a safe distance from hot or moving parts. AI driven automatic diagnostics name the fault so the result does not depend on reading every chart by hand.
Key features
- Three axis wireless sensor with a graphical touch screen interface
- Four configurations: Essential, Smart, Expert, and Ultimate
- Built-in stroboscope, pyrometer, camera, QR code reader, and audio comment recorder
- Each bearing measured in about eight seconds
- Multi-channel time signals up to 80 seconds at 51.2 kHz
Choose the configuration that fits
The FALCON comes in four configurations, from a core collection tool up to full options. We match the tier to your route and machines during the demo.
Each bearing measured in about eight seconds, so a full route gets done in a shift, not a week.
Backed by ALPS ISO 18436 certified analystsCommon questions
How fast can the FALCON collect a full route?
Its three-axis wireless sensor measures all X, Y and Z directions in about eight seconds per bearing, so a route that once took days can be walked in a single shift.
Does the FALCON diagnose faults, or just collect data?
Both. The embedded Accurex automatic diagnostic works from the very first measurement, based on the ISO 10816 standard and Acoem's 30+ years of data, and names each fault with its severity, its location on the machine, and a confidence level.
Can it measure hot, enclosed, or hazardous machines safely?
Yes. The wireless sensor works 10 to 20 m from the unit, so you can measure behind casings or doors without standing next to a hot or moving machine. The FALCON is rated ATEX Zone 2 and IP65 and withstands a 1.2 m drop.
Can we buy and get the FALCON supported in the Philippines?
Yes. ALPS MSI supplies, commissions, and trains your team on the FALCON locally, with ISO 18436 certified analysts, and can bring a unit to run a demo on your own machines before you decide.
