How many channels can the MV-x monitor at once?
MV-x is a multi-channel real-time system with 6 to 32 channels, in case configurations of 8, 16, 24 or 32, and it records every channel synchronously so complex machine trains are captured together.
Can it monitor very low-speed shafts?
Yes. It records several synchronous rotations across up to 32 channels for shafts turning under 10 RPM, and its Shock Finder algorithm automatically flags shocks on low-speed assets that ordinary tools miss.
Does the MV-x connect to our PLCs and maintenance system?
Yes. It reads process data directly from PLCs with two-way communication, interfaces with your CMMS, sends alerts by email or logic outputs, and transfers results to NEST over encrypted Ethernet, Wi-Fi or Internet.
Can ALPS install and support the MV-x on our site in the Philippines?
