What does NEST Vision add on top of NESTi4.0?
NEST Vision is the newest module in the NESTi4.0 platform, a top-level reliability dashboard that ranks and filters machines by criticality and shows current status, ongoing tasks, and each machine's monitoring history.
Does NEST Vision need software installed?
No. NEST Vision is fully web-based with nothing to install. You reach it through a dedicated website with a single login, and each machine has its own URL.
Can it show data from non-Acoem sources?
Yes. It unifies Acoem devices such as EAGLE, FALCON, MV-x and Machine Defender together with third-party inputs like ultrasound, oil analysis and thermography, all in one criticality-ranked view.
Can it manage maintenance tasks, and does ALPS support it locally?
Yes. You can create and assign tasks with email notifications, and Acoem Advisor experts can deliver vetted recommendations in the interface. ALPS MSI sets NEST Vision up and supports it in the Philippines with ISO 18436 certified analysts.
