NESTi4.0 installs in minutes and sets up with drag and drop. It names the fault, the machine, and the fault type with an AI confidence level, so the diagnosis does not depend on a specialist reading every chart.
It adds the Shock Finder Index and the Harmonic Index, plus an interactive machine matrix that makes navigating machines with many measurement points quick.

What is NESTi4.0 and which devices feed it?
NESTi4.0 is Acoem's predictive-maintenance software platform. It brings data from the FALCON portable analyzer, EAGLE wireless sensors, the MV-x online system and the Machine Defender app, any Acoem signature device, into one place.
How does NESTi4.0 diagnose faults?
Its Accurex AI diagnostic matrix identifies which machine, where the fault is, what the fault is, and its importance and confidence level in real time, using tools such as the Machine Health Matrix, Bearing Defect Factor and Shock Finder Index.
Can we access it remotely and connect it to our CMMS or ERP?
Yes. The NEST i4.0 WebPortal is web-based for monitoring assets across multiple sites from one interface, and it integrates through OPC UA, automatic CSV export and TAG fields to CMMS, ERP and SCADA.
