Aligning shafts by hand?
Resources
Manufacturer specs on Acoem. Datasheet and brochure available on request.
The AT-100 is the simplest member of the connected, app-based range. It brings precision laser shaft alignment into a guided workflow, so a maintenance team can get an accurate result without a long learning curve.
It suits straightforward machines where speed and simplicity matter most.
Key features
- Precision laser shaft alignment technology
- Wireless sensors with guided apps
- Automatic diagnostics
- Documented, repeatable results
- Ideal machinery: Fire pumps, small blowers, and small fans.
Where it sits in the AT range
An accurate shaft alignment on straightforward machines, with the app guiding every step.
Backed by ALPS ISO 18436 certified analysts
Common questions
Is the AT-100 suitable for a team with no alignment background?
Yes, and that is the point of it. The app walks the workflow step by step, so a technician who has never done a laser alignment can still get a correct result on the first machine. The measurement, the diagnostics, and the report are handled by the tool rather than by experience.
What does precise shaft alignment actually save?
Misalignment loads the bearings and seals on both machines, and that load shows up as vibration, heat, and extra current draw. Bring the shafts inside tolerance and you take that load off, so bearings and seals reach their design life instead of being replaced early. See Reliability Engineering Services for how alignment fits the wider program.
Which machines is the AT-100 built for?
Straightforward two machine sets where speed matters more than configuration options, typically fire pumps, small blowers, and small fans. If your critical list runs to spacer shafts, cardan shafts, turbines, or full machine trains, the AT-300 or AT-400 is the right end of the range.
How is the AT-100 different from the AT-200?
Both use the same guided app workflow and the same wireless sensors, so day to day they feel the same in the hand. The AT-200 covers a wider span of machines, including larger pumps, blowers, and fans. The honest way to choose is by your machine list rather than the spec sheet, which is why we bring both to the demo.
Are the results documented, or do we still write them down?
The tool produces the record. Each job leaves a documented before and after with the corrections applied, so the alignment can be checked later when a machine fails and someone asks whether it was aligned.
Does ALPS MSI supply and support the AT-100 in the Philippines?
Yes. ALPS MSI supplies the Acoem AT range here, trains your team on it, and supports it after the sale, backed by ISO 18436 certified analysts. Ask for a demo and we will run it on your own machines.
