Where it sits in the AT range
Added capability and versatility for a wider span of pumps, blowers, and fans, with guided apps throughout.
Backed by ALPS ISO 18436 certified analystsCommon questions
How is the AT-200 different from the AT-100?
Same guided app workflow and wireless sensors, more machines covered. The AT-100 is built for straightforward small sets like fire pumps and small fans, while the AT-200 takes the wider span of everyday industrial machines, including larger pumps, blowers, and fans.
What machines does the AT-200 suit?
Industrial pumps, and blowers and fans at either end of the size range. It is the general purpose choice for a plant that aligns a lot of ordinary machines and wants one tool the whole maintenance team can pick up without a specialist on hand.
Does it still use the guided apps?
Yes. The app based workflow runs right through the range, so moving from an AT-100 to an AT-200 does not mean relearning the process. Wireless sensors, guided steps, automatic diagnostics, and a documented result at the end.
When would we need the AT-300 instead?
When the configuration gets harder, not when the machine gets bigger. Spacer shafts, cardan shafts, and turbines are the line. The AT-300 uses a digital line laser method built for those and is still quick on everyday pumps and fans. If none of that is on your list, the extra capability sits unused.
What does misalignment cost if we leave it?
It shows up as repeat bearing and seal failures on the same machines, higher vibration, running temperatures that creep up, and energy going into heat instead of flow. The cost is rarely one dramatic failure, it is the same pump coming back three times a year. A condition monitoring program is what usually surfaces the pattern.
Does ALPS MSI supply and support it locally?
Yes. Supply, training, and after sales support all happen here in the Philippines, backed by ISO 18436 certified analysts. We can bring a unit to your site and run it on your own machines before you commit to anything.
