The AT-300 is a next generation digital line laser system that redefines precision and productivity in shaft alignment.

It steps up to more demanding configurations, including machines with spacer or cardan shafts and turbines, while staying fast on everyday pumps, fans, and blowers.

Key features

Where it sits in the AT range

The connected AT-Series steps up from a simple guided alignment to full precision and adaptability. This is where the AT-300 sits. We match the model to your machines during the demo.

Digital line laser precision for spacer and cardan shafts and turbines, fast on everyday machines too.

Common questions

What makes the AT-300 more precise?

It uses a next generation digital line laser measurement method rather than the approach in the lower tiers. That buys you accuracy on configurations where a simpler tool struggles, and it keeps the job fast on ordinary machines, so you are not trading precision against throughput.

Can it handle spacer shafts and cardan shafts?

Yes, and that is one of the main reasons to step up to it. Spacer and cardan shaft arrangements do not behave like a close coupled pump and motor, and a tool built only for the simple case will fight you on them. The AT-300 is built for those configurations, along with turbines.

Is it overkill for everyday pumps and fans?

No. It is quick on standard machines too, so it does not sit in a cabinet waiting for the hard jobs. Plants usually buy it because a handful of critical machines need it, then find the whole team reaches for it on everything.

How does it compare to the AT-400?

The AT-400 adds full machine train configurations and compressors on top of everything the AT-300 does. If your hardest job is a spacer shaft or a turbine, the AT-300 covers it. If you are aligning trains of three or more coupled machines, the AT-400 is the one.

Do our technicians need to be alignment specialists to use it?

No. The guided apps and automatic diagnostics carry the workflow the same way they do lower in the range, so the extra capability does not come with an extra learning curve. We train your team at handover, and our ISO 18436 certified analysts are here if a reading needs a second opinion.

Does ALPS MSI supply and support the AT-300 in the Philippines?

Yes. We supply the Acoem AT range, train on it, and support it locally, so you are not waiting on a response from overseas. Ask for a demo and we will run the AT-300 on your own machines, and tell you straight if a lower model would do the job.
