The AT-400 is the top tier system for alignment experts.
It handles machine train configurations, spacer and cardan shafts, turbines, and compressors, alongside the everyday pumps, fans, and blowers, so a single tool covers the hardest jobs in the plant.
Key features
- Precision laser shaft alignment technology
- Wireless sensors with guided apps
- Automatic diagnostics
- Documented, repeatable results
- Ideal machinery: Machine train configurations; spacer and cardan shafts; turbines; compressors; pumps, fans, and blowers.
Where it sits in the AT range
One tool for machine trains, turbines, and compressors, and still fast on everyday pumps and fans.
Backed by ALPS ISO 18436 certified analystsCommon questions
Who is the AT-400 for?
Teams that align the hardest machines in the plant and want one tool that covers all of it. It handles machine train configurations, spacer and cardan shafts, turbines, and compressors, and it is still quick on ordinary pumps, fans, and blowers.
Does it cover turbines and compressors?
Yes. Both are on the list it was built for, alongside machine trains. Those are the jobs where a lower tier tool either costs you hours or cannot do the configuration at all, so they are usually what decides the purchase.
What is a machine train, and why does it need a different tool?
A train is three or more machines coupled in line, for example a motor, a gearbox, and a compressor. Aligning it is not three separate two machine jobs, because moving one machine changes its relationship with everything downstream. The AT-400 treats the train as one problem. Our Mechanical Engineering team works the same way on installs and overhauls.
Is it harder to use than the rest of the range?
No. It runs the same guided app workflow, wireless sensors, and automatic diagnostics as the AT-100. The capability sits in what it can measure, not in how much the operator has to know.
We only have a few complex machines. Is it worth it?
Often yes, and the way to check is what those few machines cost you when they stop. A compressor or turbine outage is usually where the real money sits, so covering them properly matters more than the count. We will still tell you at the demo if an AT-300 covers your list.
Does ALPS MSI supply and support the AT-400 here?
Yes. Supply, training, and support all happen in the Philippines, backed by ISO 18436 certified analysts. We can bring the AT-400 to your site and run it on the machines you actually worry about.
