How is the AMT Pro different from the e-MCM?
The AMT Pro is portable and the e-MCM is permanent. You carry the AMT Pro to a machine, take a reading, and get a condition assessment for that asset. The e-MCM stays wired into the motor control centre and watches continuously. Plants commonly use the portable unit across a wide asset list and the online unit on the machines they cannot afford to lose.
What is actually in the report?
The system automatically produces a condition assessment covering existing electrical, mechanical, and operational faults, an estimated time to failure, and the recommended corrective actions. It is a decision document rather than a chart pack.
Does anything get mounted on the machine?
No. The AMT Pro is sensorless in the same way the e-MCM is. It reads the motor's electrical signature, so there is no accelerometer to fit, no shaft access needed, and no repeat visits to install measurement points.
Does it show what a fault is costing us in energy?
Yes. The AMT Pro includes energy efficiency and cost analysis alongside the fault diagnosis, so a developing problem can be argued in peso terms and not only in reliability terms. It also covers electrical diagnostics and power monitoring.
Where do the results live after the test?
The AMT Pro has cloud connectivity, so assessments are kept together rather than sitting in separate files on a laptop. That matters when you are tracking one machine's condition across several rounds of testing.
